"We hope that from now on, there won't be anyone who doesn't do child-focused reporting, or there will be no more excuses for not doing child-focused reporting."
- Nadire Mater, IPS Communication Foundation Chairwoman

Journalism Libraries developed for bianet/IPS Communication Foundation is a two-part project.

The first part of the project is the Gender-Based Journalism Library. The library has five main sections called "Guides", "Researches and Analyses", "News, Articles and Interviews", "Glossary" and "Bibliography".

In the Guides section, there are national and international sources that media workers can make use to ensure that women and LGBTIs be depicted and represented equally and fairly in the media, and to make gender equality mainstream. In the Guides section, there are sub-sections called “Women Oriented Rights-Based Journalism”, “LGBTI Oriented Rights-Based journalism” and “Gender-Based Peace Journalism”.
